In the current climate, workplaces should focus on fighting complacency because even with something as serious as the coronavirus, once people have settled into a new routine, complacency will creep in.

 
One of the best ways to prevent complacency is to practice CERTs and keep them fresh in workers’ minds through our Rate Your State program. If your site is already using it, the materials below can help you adjust your Rate Your State conversations to fit the current situation. If your site hasn’t been trained in Rate Your State, the video below will help guide you through the process.
