COVID-19 Course Support

As part of our course, COVID, CERTs and Complacency Drift, we are offering you access to a deliberate practice/engagement tool called Anticipating Error. This tool helps reduce the risk of contracting COVID-19 or inadvertently passing it on to someone else (who could potentially be more vulnerable). The COVID-19 Anticipating Error Talks can help you encourage employees to think about when and how they would be likely to come in contact with the virus and prevent that from happening by rating their state and using CERTs.

The talks can be performed remotely or in person and they require you to:

• Use one Anticipating Error Talk guide (pages 2 and 3) for each conversation.
• Use one COVID-19 AE card for each conversation.
• Watch the instructional video that explains how to use this guide and conduct the conversations described in it.

When you purchase the physical copies of the cards and guides, the package will include:

• 1 x package or cards (100 cards)
• 1 x printed guide (11 x 17)

If you run out of the physical guides and cards purchased through your account manager, the links above will allow you to print them out or allow your remote employees to print out their own copies. Please don’t share them with people from outside your company.
